This new half-day workshop is designed for local hosts to empower their entrepreneurial ecosystem seeking the right insight and tools to raise smart capital. Led by some of the most respected angel investors in the country, this program explores how market trends affect the needs and behaviors of investors. In addition, your audience will learn what angel investor groups believe are the best - and worst - practices by companies looking for funding. Understanding the current trends in raising capital will empower your attendees to establish productive relationships with angel investors.

What is the Day's Agenda?
This workshop is designed to be highly interactive for an audience of up to 50 participants and deliverable over a half day, including a break. The format features an extensive PowerPoint presentation delivered by a savvy senior angel and Kauffman certified lead instructor, followed by Q&A.

How is the Workshop Taught?
Workshops are taught in-person by a faculty of experienced angel investors and certified lead instructors provided by ARI.

Study Materials
A customized workbook will be provided to each participant that includes presentation content, slides, and supplemental.

Workshop License
The host will enter into a licensing agreement with ARI. The license fee includes the provision of significant support for marketing and implementation. Optional national experts from a certified list can be retained by the local host organization to serve as lead instructors, with the host organization to negotiate with the outside expert on costs for their time and travel.
